Communication with the host was great, and check-in was seamless. The property could have been cleaned a bit better, but our biggest concern was the sliding back door in the common area not locking. This wouldn’t have been an issue except we rented the entire property & couldn’t leave belongings outside of bedrooms. Shower door was installed incorrectly causing a minor safety hazard & one bedroom was missing a television. Overall, we were happy with our stay for one night before flying out of LHR & the proximity to the airport & bus stop made travel easy.

Although as the crow flys it is close to the back of Heathrow it was 20 uber ride to get there from our terminal. It was a 16 to the nearest station into London. We had cold weather water most of our stay and several room were musty. The 2 largest rooms shared one tiny bathroom (7 people for one bathroom). There was not a single mirror downstairs. The stove did not work. The faucet had sharp metal that cup open my finger and was in pain from it much the rest of our trip. We ended up spending around 100 for our party to uber to the station/terminals in just 2 nights.
