You will be one block from Sloan's Lake, six blocks from Empower Field, and seven blocks from Meow Wolf. From there, take the bike path along the Platte River into Confluence Park and downtown.

This marvelous and unique retreat enjoys three beautifully decorated interior levels and a decked-out rooftop patio with views of Downtown Denver and Sloan's Lake is perfect for entertaining a large crowd before hitting the city or relaxing after returning from a day in the mountains. The lower level enjoys a piano where you can play your favorite tunes and a cozy den/bedroom with an electric guitar available for you as well. The musicians in your group better be ready to treat you all to beautiful melodies and songs.

Climb up the stairs to reach the main level of the home, where a modern and unique open floor plan awaits. You will be surrounded by gorgeous and lush plants. Prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. The living area offers a great spot to unwind after a delicious meal and stream favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV. There are an Xbox and board games available for added entertainment. This level also enjoys a primary bedroom with a Murphy bed and an en suite bathroom.

The upper level offers two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry area with a stacked washer/dryer, and access to the home's rooftop patio! This rooftop oasis enjoys views of Sloan's Lake and downtown and is the perfect spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones! Take a soothing bath in the bubbly seven-person hot tub or gather around the gas firepit for some thrilling storytelling. Host summertime cookouts with the new Traeger pellet grill provided and treat your guests to delicious grilled meals! Additional perks include books, weights, a kettlebell, and your own private library.

Fantastic location, great access to the city and surrounding neighborhoods. loved the hot tub! While they do provide sheets and towels at the property, I ultimately recommend bringing your own.

I liked staying here it was centrally located. Many things to do nearby, many within walking distance. The hot tub and view was a nice feature to have. There were plenty of cooking supplies, bedding, towels, etc. I feel like whomever manages the turnovers could use some attention to detail.The overall cleanliness and organization of the home was not great. The toilet in the primary was dirty. I couldn't find toilet paper when the single roll ran out in that room. The hot tub was a bit smelly, the water needed to be refreshed, the filters very clearly needed changing. There were some items we needed to request and the hosts made sure we got those things. It would be ideal to have a better checklist for the turnover crew so we don't have to make those requests. I might stay here again if it would be a little cleaner on round 2. Thanks for your responsive nature. Without that, I'd feel different about the stay.

The property itself the pictures are accurate… I feel like the living room needs more sitting space and a bigger TV a coffee pot would be nice… other than that it was very clean and in a convenient area

Great location!

This property was in a great location to all the activities we planned. A quick Uber to downtown, if needed. Lots of stairs between all the levels, but great for our family & everyone had a bedroom. Bring extra hangers if you like to hang your clothes. Hottub was awesome to use in the evenings & GREAT for all the fireworks.

Exceeded expectations

Great communication and easy check in. Was greeted by AMPLE snacks and bottled water. A welcome surprise. Was concerned about no designated parking but, as advertised, there was plenty of street parking. We barbecued on the rooftop one night and used the jacuzzi EVERY night!

Great Location, Responsive Host, Needs Improvement

Excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood, off-street parking is no issue. Walk to just about everything, including stadium. Enjoyed the grill and hot tub was relaxing. Nespresso machine, coffee press, toaster, microwave, stove top and oven all worked. Not Clean - Dirty grill, shower, sheets. Trash and clothing not picked up, open food in frig & freezer, some expired. Random pots and pans. Teflon coming off frying pan, one towel and wash cloth, later found paper towel in bedroom closet. The host was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee. All the negatives can easily be fixed. I would recommend, but you should check before you book.

Cheapskate Palace

This was one of the most disappointing Vrbo stay we have had. The neighborhood surrounding the condo is SUPER sketchy, you are greeted at the front door by a completely worn out rug, and then once you enter the smell smacks you in the face, the property is going for a Artsy chic esthetic, but instead looks like a hodge podge of thrift shop finds mixed with grandmas basement. The day we arrived all of the towels in every bathroom were soaking wet and we had to rewash them all, the dishes in the cupboard were all wet, and we had to rewash them all. There are tons of stains in the carpeting, and the furniture, and the couch is about the break in 2. The hot tub is not maintained, and is covered in dirt on the inside and the water was green.the patio furniture cushions are worn out and disgusting, and the grass wall is falling down, and the neon light does work (also they need to remove what is left of the flag on the flag pole)They say the in the accommodations they have shampoo, shower gel, hand soap....there is enough in each bottle for 1 use and they give you one trash bag (if you need more you need to supply them....ridiculous!!!) For the $1600+ that we payed to stay here I feel they very much misrepresented the rental from the description and photos that were on the listing. I would NOT reccomend
