Zwischen Salinen und Atlantik

Liebevoll und aufwändig renoviertes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Domizil. Dank zweier Stockwerke, eines separaten Studios und den drei Bädern geeignet für bis zu drei Erwachsenen(gruppen) mit Kind(ern). Die Räumlichkeiten waren eher noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten eine Oase. Das Dorf ist authentisch, Strand und Nahversorgung (ca. 1,5 km) mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern gut erreichbar, leider keine ÖPNV-Verbindung zum ca. 2 km entfernten TGV-Bahnhof vorhanden. Wundervoller Strand La Govelle.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll renovierten Haus sehr genossen. Die Verbindung zwischen alt und neu ist gut gelungen. Besonders der große Garten mit seinen Lorbeerbäumen war ein schöner Rückzugsort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Zu erwähnen ist auch der nette Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe.

Maison dans un village de Batz sur mer

Un séjour très réussi dans cette belle maison du village de Kermoisan idéalement située. Les plages sont accessibles à pied, à vélo par de nombreux petits chemins. La côte sauvage et les marais salants sont également très proches .La maison est spacieuse, fraiche l'été et le jardin clos est idéal pour une famille et des amis.

Belle maison de paludier rénovée

Maison typique rénovée avec goût. Elle est située au calme, à Kermoisan. Elle est proche de la plage de Govelle, du sentier côtier et des stations balnéaires environnantes mais nécessite quand même de prendre la voiture car il n'y a pas de piste cyclable et les routes à emprunter sont très fréquentées. Maison idéale pour se retrouver au calme en famille, avec un jardin au frais et sans vis à vis.
