Just 800 meters from the popular surf breaks at Colonades Beach and 800 meters from the calm bay beach, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of coastal living. Within walking distance, you'll find great cafes, restaurants, the Woolamai Tavern, and a local playground for the kids.

This house is located in a family residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down, particularly between 10:30pm and 8am (EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours).
STRICTLY NO PARTIES. This is a family area and noise complaints will not be tolerated.
PETS: Pets are welcome! Both front and back yards are fully fenced. Please ensure you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside rubbish bin.

We love the location! Walking distance to either side of the Cape and to the shops, and spending time in the big backyard and garden is lovely. The house is comfortable and pleasant with everything you need.
