This property is very nice , peaceful , relaxing, love the patio area Had a gracious Host , family friendly would definitely be booking again soon rooms clean kitchen spacious I love everything about this listing, Rooms clean.
The property was absolutely amazing and exactly what was shown online. The owners are truly lovely people who communicate well and really care about your stay. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Hope to get the chance to revisit them in the future!
The home was very clean and large. It had plenty of room. It was a little hard to get into the door. I didn’t understand the doors had different codes. The front door has the short code. We were a little worried the first night we believe we heard some commotion a distance from the home but the host assured us. We went for the Cherry Blossom festival and a hockey game. We were very impressed at how close the home was compared to all the activities we did. If you are coming to Macon I would definitely recommend this home.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re glad you found the home clean, spacious, and conveniently located for your trip to the Cherry Blossom Festival and hockey game. It’s great to hear the location worked so well for all your activities. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the door access. Since your stay, both door locks have been changed to make entry much simpler and more consistent for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending our home to others visiting Macon. We’d be happy to host you again anytime."
House and local host gets 5 stars...VRBO customer support and Vacasa offshore get 1 or zero stars...FYI.. free modifications to reservations are a lie.. had to reduce amount of days.. VRBO did NOT refund my family the sales tax and commission related to the rental.Had to go through Vacasa to update reservation.. took a couple hours with off shore support.. aweful
Beautiful brick ranch home on a quiet secluded street close to everything and downtown:). All beds were very comfortable. We had three couples staying there. It was very clean and plenty of room for the 6 guests. The covered screened patio was awesome. We enjoyed the fire pit hammock and game room as well. There were so many little added things that they provide that kick it up another notch: like a reg coffee pot with a Keurig maker on it as well with coffee supplies, side ice maker, and a five cord charging station with all the cords you need for charging old and new phones:) They have thought of everything!:) we will remember this as our Macon place and would return:)
Loved staying at this home away from home. We came to Macon for a wedding, and this was the best Choice's since we brought our pet with us. The home had everything you would ever need. Loved the coffee! The only thing that I would say in the negative, would be the beds (mattress) in the two guest rooms were VERY firm and uncomfortable.
stayed for a tournament with some guys. its an older house and was fine for us. we did spend much time there other than sleeping and drinking coffee in the morning. the location is ok with some restaurants close by but its not the best side of town. the key code to get in the house very long and difficult each time we entered the house. other than that it worked for us.
Since there was not any reviews on this property, I would like to provide feedback.Firstly,I want to commend the owners on several aspects of the rental. The spacious areas for gathering and the tasteful decor were certainly appreciated. It provided a pleasant ambiance during our stay. However, there were some significant issues that marred our experience. The listing advertised the presence of 1 king bed and 2 queen beds.Regrettably, one of the supposed queen beds turned out to be a full-size bed.In addition the beds were extremely firm.It was incredibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, we encountered difficulties with the air conditioning system. Despite our best efforts to set it to a comfortable temperature,we found that upon returning to the property each day,the settings had been adjusted either warmer or cooler without our knowledge. On one occasion, we woke up to find the house at a chilly 61 degrees. Despite our setting it to 69, the house never was able to get warmer.Thankfully it was on the last day we were leaving. Additionally, the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms posed an inconvenience, especially when getting ready with a group. The two small bathrooms were the only areas with usable mirrors, making the process of preparing for the day more challenging than necessary. In summary, while we appreciated certain aspects of the rental, such as the spacious layout and tasteful decor, the other shortcomings will keep us from renting this in the future.
