Being on top of a valley you enjoy lake breezes and a peek of the bay from upstairs, but you also have the benefit of central air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features honed granite tops, stainless appliances, all dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Petoskey Vacation

Home is better than described. Excellent location, just a few blocks walk to downtown. Everything is clean, new and of very good quality, from the kitchen, sitting area, bedrooms and showers.

Paradise in Petoskey!

We absolutely loved this home for our vacation to Petoskey. So close to downtown and we loved having the school playground across the street. The home was lovely and perfect for our stay.

Updated Petoskey Duplex

Our family enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this updated, air conditioned 3-level duplex. We understand this home recently underwent a full renovation. It is fresh and clean & all of the bathrooms look brand new. A welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch upon arrival. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. One recommendation: add lamps to the bedside tables. There is a very large, flat, grassy back yard - great for game playing or letting kids run around. There is also an elementary school across the street with one of the largest and best school playgrounds I've ever seen! The property manager was quickly responsive to some issues we had (figuring out how to use the roku tv, tempermental door lock). We were pleased with his speed in addressing these issues. Easy walk to nearby Corner Store/Scoops Ice Cream somewhat hidden in the middle of the neighborhood. Do not miss this! We also walked downtown, but a bit more of an endeavor - especially on the return, which is mostly uphill. We would definitely rent this place again.

Good Stay in Petoskey

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It appeared to be recently remodeled inside with a modern style. The house was clean upon arrival, check in was easy and the beds were firm and comfortable. It is located about 5-7 blocks from the center of downtown and up a large hill (not easy to bike or walk). The website does not alert you that the garage is not available to renters as the owner uses it for storage along with some closets. So we had to leave our car on the driveway and take our bikes to the backyard under the deck. The property manager was somewhat responsive to some of our questions. We would return again if we come back to the Petoskey area.
