This lovely apartment is in a small complex of only 8 apartments on Katharina Street in Noosa Heads. You can walk to all amenities within minutes so it really is the best position to be in within Noosa. The apartment is on the first level of the building.

The 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor of the apartment and both have sliding doors that lead onto a new deck and private garden. The master bedroom has A/C and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom and laundry facilities are also on this level. The first level of the apartment has a lovely open bright lounge area and modern kitchen. These flow onto a huge deck with beautiful hinterland views, outdoor alfresco dining and lounge and sun loungers. This is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails before heading out to one of the fantastic restaurants or bars in locals favourite Noosa Junction.

There is a shared pool and garden in the complex for your use.

There is a house being built on the street behind Katharina Street. Building works seem to be intermittent and we are unable to obtain a schedule of works. The mid week rates have been discounted to reflect any disturbance that may be caused. Generally builders do not work weekends
