This comfortable and tastefully furnished two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Building 2 at Mountain Green Resort offers a warm and inviting home base for your Killington stay. The unit features a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, making it a great fit for families or small groups. The living area provides plenty of space to relax after a day on the mountain, complete with a Smart TV and cozy seating. Located just steps from Killington Mountain, you'll enjoy unbeatable convenience along with access to Mountain Green's amenities, including a seasonal shuttle, parking, cable, WiFi, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, on-site shops, a restaurant, golf, skiing, and more (see seasonal schedule below). A simple, comfortable retreat in a prime location—perfect for your next getaway.

• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
