The basement suite was cold, no access to lower the air conditioning. No sound barrier between floors, guests upstairs had children running around at 7 am, very loud. Was not advised prior to arrival no laundry access as unit was being repaired.

The place was very nice. Very clean. The ONLY complaint I had was that the rooms were cold because of the air conditioners. But I understood why I just used as extra blanket into the bedroom place.
