Montville Retreat is a split-level timber home. Step through the front door into a light-filled open plan living/dining/kitchen area. On this level are 2 bedrooms with built in robes and a bathroom with claw foot bath and overhead shower. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with built-in robes and bathroom plus a space for reading, playing games and generally relaxing - opening onto a private grassed area looking towards the coast.
