We kindly ask that you: Leave towels in the shower Wash used dishes and leave them on the drying rack Remove garbage to the outdoor bin by the roadway Ensure propane on the BBQ is fully turned off
Confirm all fires are completely extinguished Turn off lights and small appliances Lock all doors and windows Remove personal belongings Leave linens on the bed (the cleaner will handle it)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor footwear inside the cottage. Please remove shoes and boots at the door. Clean off sand and mud before entering.
Read all instructions before lighting indoor or outdoor fireplaces. Always confirm there are no local fire bans before lighting outdoor fires.
Anything you pack in, please pack out. Due to insurance regulations, leftover food items must be disposed of—even condiments and dry goods.

The cabin was very clean and all the appliances and fixtures are brand new. The view is beautiful and overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend.

The home was absolutely gorgeous. Everything you woukd ever need was there. We enjoyed a beautiful fire outside in the firepit bith nights. The view was amazing and the bed was super comfy !!! If ever in Kings Point again we will definitely be back.

The location was quiet with hiking trails close by and a beautiful waterfall that can be seen from the cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable with new appliances.We would be happy to return in the future.

What a beautiful house in a stunning location! The home is brand new, immaculate, and beautifully finished. Inside, the spacious and comfortable living room offers a gorgeous view of the South West Arm of Green Bay. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and high-end linens. The loft area has a charming office space, which we also used as an extra sleeping area, as the sofa easily converts into a comfortable bed.There is also a great, brand-new washer and dryer neatly tucked away in a closet. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with a premium BBQ and a great seating area around the fire pit, which we thoroughly enjoyed.Clinton’s hospitality truly knows no bounds. Even though he wasn't there in person, he actually arranged for us to get a piece of the iceberg that had been floating in Kings Point until just a week before our arrival! In short, the communication with him was absolutely perfect.
