Excellent contact avec la propriétaire et, ensuite, le concierge gérant le lieu.
Appartement correspondant exactement à notre besoin.
Aménagement en matériel ménager, immobilier et petite "quincaillerie" de cuisine idéaux.
Une curiosité cependant, la surface des toilettes très ...... réduite, l'impression que l'architecte avait oublié le lieu en dessinant l'appartement et s'est rattrapé tant bien que mal en aménageant un cagibi.
Une place de parking dédiée, l'accès par véhicule contrôlée par télécommande et pour résumé un lieu au centre même de la ville.
Nous n'avons pas profité du jardinet clos -températures de janvier quasi polaires - mais le lieu est bien aménagé et relativement tranquille.

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire. Effectivement, je suis d'accord avec vous sur la taille des toilettes, nous avons pu changé les WC afin de gagner un peu de place . L'avantage malgré tout, c'est qu'ils sont séparés de la salle de bain, et pour nous c'était un critère important. Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau au Clos des Carmes.
