Guests love the central location—close enough to reach Old Town, Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Stadium in under 10 minutes, yet tucked away on a peaceful residential street that feels calm and private. The area is walkable, safe, and surrounded by parks, cafés, and iconic desert scenery.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from 7502 E Windsor Ave. Most major attractions—including Old Town, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Camelback Mountain—are a short drive or rideshare away. Pool Heating

Pool heating is optional and offered at $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool reaches optimal temperature by check-in, please request and remit payment for pool heat at least 72 hours prior to arrival. All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.



Party & Event Policy

This home maintains a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for parties or events. The City of Scottsdale enforces neighborhood noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and jeopardize our ability to host. Thank you for helping us preserve a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests.



Security & Monitoring

For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with a front-facing security camera and two side-entry cameras to monitor vendor access, real occupancy, and emergency situations. A Minut noise-monitoring device is also installed to ensure local noise standards are respected. This device tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations.



Pet Policy

Dogs are not typically permitted; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved—or if evidence of a pet is found after your stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will apply to cover the additional cleaning required.



Late Check-Out Policy

Unauthorized late check-outs result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any adjustments with us in advance to avoid this charge.
