Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated in Johor Bahru city centre at the Space Residency.



Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything! Space Residency is just a short walk from KSL City Mall, where you’ll find retail stores, cafés, and plenty of dining options. We’re about 15–20 minutes from JB City Square, JB Sentral, and the CIQ to Singapore, and around 20–30 minutes to Mid Valley Southkey, LEGOLAND Malaysia, and IKEA Tebrau.



With so many things to do in Johor Bahru, you’ll have easy access to shopping, food, and entertainment throughout the city.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, being in Johor Bahru City Centre and surrounded by cabs, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



(TIP: Hail a CAB or GRABCAR. It's well worth it. Traffic is REALLY bad in Johor Bahru, so avoid peak hour traffic if possible between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-9pm on weekdays).

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight at no extra charge.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with pillow and blanket.
