Welcome to Sandy’s Getaway—your front-row seat to one of the Coffs Coast’s most beautiful and unspoilt beaches. Perfectly positioned with uninterrupted 180-degree views of Sandy Beach and beach reserve, this relaxed yet inviting coastal home is ideal for families, pets, couples, surfers or anyone wanting to rest, recharge, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.
Step outside and you're just moments from the sand, with three picturesque beaches and scenic headland walks right on your doorstep. Whether you're here for long beach days, quiet mornings with a coffee on the large balcony, or sunset strolls along the coast, Sandy’s Getaway offers the perfect blend of calm, comfort and connection to nature.
THE SPACE
Spread across two welcoming levels, Sandy’s Getaway offers a thoughtful layout designed for relaxation and coastal living. Upstairs, a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area captures the ocean views through the trees, flowing into a well-appointed kitchen equipped for easy holiday meals. The front balcony is the ideal spot to start or end your day, with views of the Solitary Islands Marine Park, while the master bedroom shares the same serene outlook.
Downstairs, a generous rumpus and TV room provides a second living zone perfect for kids, teens or relaxed movie nights. The third bedroom (Split king bed configured as 2 singles) is located on the ground floor level and there is also a full laundry with washer and dryer located just outside the back sliding door.
Directly across the road, the beachfront reserve has recently been upgraded with modern playgrounds, walking paths and picnic areas, making this a wonderfully family-friendly location.
