Ghen is the property manager, She was easy to communicate with. She checked on me upon arrival and asked if there was anything I needed. The property was in great condition as I expected from the listing. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I just have a small suggestions, get a dish rack, utensil tray and dish towel to dry the dishes with. Other than that, this condo still gets 10/10

Check in involved finding way into underground parking, talking to building security and ultimately being referred to cleaning staff who handled unit access and answered questions. Unit was not as depicted but was similar. Overall the unit was nice and it’s close to the airport and casino for convenience.

Check in was very delayed because place was still being cleaned. Place was adequate for us(8 people) no extra towels and blankets.. was unhappy with the long wait to get in. And the person supposed to bring us in ignored multiple calls and kept telling us that they’re readying the place for sometime.

That's not true. According to the reservation policy, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. But you arrived several hours early. We provide 10 portions per room, and there are only 8 of you. We have your room manager's contact number in our unit—and not just one.
