We have been vacationing in SK for over 20 years and this house was one of our favorite houses. It was great. The house was very spacious and perfect for multiple families. Owners allowed access to garage. We could park our car and golf cart rental in there which is really nice in the Florida summer heat. Great location-Siesta Isles is so peaceful and reminded us of the old SK. Communication with the owners was easy and they have a very well informed book and email for renters. We have already booked this house for next year so too.

Beautiful home on a quiet street

This house did not disappoint. The 5 bikes were great for riding down to a local coffee shop. They provided all the beach gear including but not limited to a beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed the pool every evening. 10/10 recommend

Couldn't have been happier with the amenities at this house. There was everything you could possibly imagine for bringing to the beach. There was also well stocked daily essentials in the kitchen, such as sugar, soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc it really made a difference! towel

Everything you need for a perfect vacation

We had a fabulous stay! Plenty of space indoors and out! The screened porch, heated pool and large fenced yard were idyllic outdoor options. We rode bikes or walked to the beach (approx 1 mile) and Village (approx 2 miles). Communication with owners was excellent. Hope to stay again!

Good experience

Great location, clean house with everything you would need to enjoy the beach, and responsive owners. Hurricane Helene was a problem, but we didn't get any flooding. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

This is a great property, in a great location. It is so close to Siesta Key beach, just a short bike ride. Close to everything, but far enough away that it is quiet. The pool was loved by all. Definitely recommend this property.

What a great experience! Christine and Troy were amazing hosts- they were communicative, helpful and very responsive. The home was beautiful- very well stocked for our family. The house is amazing. Beautiful property with lush landscaping. The home was well equipped with everything you need. The free mangos that fell from the tree was a plus. They were super delicious. The property is close to everything. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Amazing getaway

These two were absolutely amazing. The property was clean with all new fresh linens and they checked in to see if there was anything that we needed and if we needed something which wasn’t often it was handled immediately without question. They were very welcoming and making everything feel such at home for us. Definitely a must recommendation due to location and friendliness of hosts. Five stars all day

Beautiful well kept home

My party of 7, 4 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful stay. The house is older but well-kept. The owners are great to deal with. We did have an issue during our stay that was corrected very quickly. The house is a short drive to the beach and the backyard pool is heated and a great place to relax.

Best trip ever!

Took a much-needed family vacation. My parents haven’t been on a vacation in a long time. My mom used to take us to Siesta Key when we were kids. It was my pleasure to bring her and my family here on vacation. And I am so glad this house was very accommodating and made our trip even that more special. Perfect stay all the way around. Effortless and beautiful.

Perfect stay

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at the shadow lawn property. This year we had my fiancé’s parents down from Michigan. Let me just say the we’re wowed with all the little details and all the extras like new bikes “with helmets “ rafts and just everything you could need or what is here for you to enjoy. We always enjoy our stay and they always outdo our last stay. We thank you so much and we will see you again next year!
