A Samsung Frame TV is mounted on the wall (it looks like a picture, but it is a TV).

Wifi and phone with unlimited calls within Australia to Mobile or Landlines.

Master Bedroom with privacy lock has a large King Size Bed that can be split into 2 long Single beds.

The bathroom comes off the Master Bedroom and has a shower and toilet.

This unit is at the back of the property which provides more privacy.

2 min to Glen Eira Rd (Zelda Bakery, eateries, shops), the beautiful Ripponlea Gardens & Estate, Quat Quatta Wedding & Event Receptions and Ripponlea station (which is about 15min from CBD). Close drive to St Kilda, Albert Park, Caulfield, Brighton & beaches.
