Welcome to Timeless Memories, a family friendly home for you to spend memorable moments with your loved ones as you explore all that Orlando has to offer. Our home is a newly constructed modern designed townhome within a gated and secured community featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, styled and furnished with a modern and contemporary design for your enjoyment and relaxation. Timeless Memories includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island, and a modern dining room to accommodate eight. Coffee enthusiast can take advantage of our fully stocked coffee bar with offerings for both Keurig and Nespresso offerings as well as a varied assortment of flavored teas. Our family room is furnished with a large sectional couch where you can all cozy up in front of 75 inch TV with free Netflix for all your favorite shows and movies, or hookup your Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes via pandora on our Sony Soundbar. If you like being outdoors enjoy our furnished patio area with overhead string lights and barbecue. Upstairs enjoy our elegantly furnished master suite with a queen bed, private bath and 47 inch smart TV. Bedroom number two offers a queen bed with a 43 inch smart TV and bedroom number three offers a bunk bed with a top bunk twin bed, bottom bunk full size bed and an additional pullout trundle twin bed as well as a 43 inch smart TV with a Sony PS3 and games for the kids enjoyment. Additional amenities include a security system and surveillance video doorbell for your security.

Amazing house in a very good location.

The house is just amazing, super clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, the comfort, the pool and the nice and calm neighborhood. We would for sure stay there again when coming to Disneyworld.

We were only there for a short stay but the property was roomy, clean, and adorable! There was a lot of love that went into this property! The porch area was great! The coffee and tea area was such a great added bonus!

Comfortable Stay

Christina was an awesome host. Her communication was fast and thorough. My family and I felt so comfortable and safe. They loved this townhouse so much. It was very clean and they were so thoughtful in trying to provide items they thought we would all need. I cannot wait to book again for a much longer stay.

Amazing hosts and perfect location

We had an amazing time staying at Cristina and Javier’s condo. It was the perfect location to Disney (about 15-20 min drive) and the condo was well furnished. We took advantage of the coffee bar and charcoal grill on the gorgeous patio. Cristina was very communicative. We left our son’s sleep sack behind and she made sure it was shipped back to us. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

Disney trip

This townhouse was very clean and is a gated property, we felt completely safe there. We stayed busy so never had time to use the pool but it looked nice. We encountered a couple of issues that the owners were unaware of but quickly made right. There could be a few more wash cloths in the house so that you aren’t having to wash every day but other than that we had a great time there and would stay again.

This is a lovely property! This is located close enough and within traveling distance to attractions, parks, and shopping locations, but is also secluded enough that the location feels safe and calm. I would highly recommend this property to those intereated in it!

Another Great Stay

We love this property. Pretty much every time we go to Orlando (if we have four or less people) we stay here. It's comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. We had no issues as always. Property managers are great and communicate/respond quickly. Thanks for another wonderful weekend stay!

Beautiful property just as described. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Super comfy beds that were perfect after a long day / night at the parks. This place is a definite 5 stars if you’re lucky enough to stay when the neighbors are not partying till late in the night. I hate to even mention it since it’s No fault of the host but it was really loud several nights of our stay.

Nice townhouse

Townhouse was very nice. Coffee bar was very nice. This townhouse is right next to a school so traffic is very busy in the morning and when school lets out. We had to schedule our activities around those times. Owner was very responsive when we contacted them with any issues.

Very comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The booking and initial check in process was easy. Cristina, the host was very responive to any ques that we had. The townhouse is beautiful and the hosts went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. They left no amenity untouched. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and close to Disney theme parks. You can travel to other theme parks & locations within Orlando in 15mins. We will def stay again and would recommend to other travelers.

Spring Break 2024 -- Wonderful townhome

We went to Florida for my daughter's spring break trip. This home was immaculate and very well-equipped with everything. It's newness was very appealing to us. We communicated very well with the owner, Christina. The complex is private and very quiet. There was excellent communication and very informative check-in/check-out steps. I would not change anything; everything met our needs and expectations. We felt right at home and very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything!

Fine accomadtaions

All of the reviews raved about cleanliness which is why i reserved this home. It was pretty clean, but could use some good dusting. Im OCD and a germaphobe, so i pay attention to detail. Other folks who arent like me, probably would have never known. So i wouldnt negatively review it, just a heads up for others like me. The owners were quick to respond if we messaged them and communication was good. Neighbors got noisy after midnight on our last night, but we turned our outside lights on and they quieted down after. So just a tip if it happens when another guest comes, just turn the outside lights on so the neighbors are aware someone is staying there. All in all our stay was good, and we slept well. We didnt spend a lot of time there as we were at parks the whole day.

A really great place to stay!!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is really set up nicely and our hosts were so awesome. They answered questions we had and supplied all kinds of toiletries and cleaning items. These hosts actually supply you with paper towels and toilet paper not just a starter pack. Our neighbors were kind and friendly too. The beds were comfortable and the kids room had a good selection of games and movies. Our hosts tried to think of so many things to make you feel at home. We will definitely try to go back again. Thank you very much!
