Welcome! This heart of downtown Toronto Condominium is perfect for couples and groups looking to work, enjoy and explore from the space, amenities and what the city has to offer. This spacious 900 sq ft apartment includes fully furnished qualities with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will also gain access to a full use of a condo gym and seasonal rooftop terrace with BBQs. Free parking is also included.

The space includes a full sized kitchen and all the cooking and dining necessities. An office desk with two computer screens are provided for all your work from home needs. Board games are also included. An electric fireplace in the living room is included. The bedrooms include King and queen beds. We include storage for clothing, personal items and other necessities.

At walking distance you can access the Distillery District, St Lawrence Market, the Lakeshore, King Subway Station and plenty of bars and restaurants. With King station less than a 10 minute walk away the entire city is within close reach. With a vehicle the highway is minutes away to get anywhere around the city or beyond.
