Where do I begin, how about the booking process. Twice after I paid each segment of the booking, I had to be called and recalled because they could process my payment after it had already went through, it was cumbersome and quite frankly left me with an uneasy feeling. After that debacle it was time for our trip We were informed we could get in early as they cleaned already We didn’t end up getting in early as were were late getting there That’s when everything went south When we arrived the outside porch and deck were covered in leaves and sticks and cob webs on the stairs to the deck, very unclean looking and a horrible first impression, on top of that the front door handle was broken and wouldnt shut or lock properly, the inside appeared clean and decently maintained. Multiple dresser drawers upstairs and down were broken and virtually unusable, The downstairs bathroom: no shower mat had to use towels, toilet seat broken on one side and slides on bowl, The lower itself was a huge issue all weekend. Already you have to empty a dehumidifier every two hours or the basement gets damp and the bedding and clothes all got damp There is NO air conditioning in the lower level, only two window units in the bedrooms upstairs, nothing in the common areas. Thw bar stools in the basement level are wobbly and VERY unsafe for an adult to sit on The grill outside was disgustingly dirty and falling apart on the inside, Overall, we were just disappointed in the 1 of 2
