THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE JAN 19, 26- FEB 26, 26. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO WORKING ELEVATOR SO YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM THE CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

Every bedroom includes its own en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.

Situated on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, this property puts you just steps—or a short bike ride—from charming local shops and restaurants. Conveniently close, you’ll also find a Publix grocery store and Destin Commons, offering a movie theater, bowling alley, a variety of dining options, and an exciting mix of shops. Everything you need for a perfect stay is right at your fingertips!
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a 100% SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.
