This stylish and comfortable four-bedroom, three-bathroom property offers the perfect base for an extended stay by the coast. Whether you're working remotely or enjoying a long holiday, you'll feel right at home.



Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or enjoy local take out, large island bench and dining tables for 8 perfect for entertaining. Open plan living area, over sized couch perfect to relax after a day at the beach, dedicated laundry with washing machine and dryer, and amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, and a Smart TV, everything you need is at your fingertips.



The yard is a great paved area has a wonderful private pool and trampoline with safety net great for entertaining the kids.



This is our family home where we live with our young children, so you'll find we've left some kids toys and beach items that may help to entertain the little ones during your stay, especially during the summer months. We know you will love our home as much as we do.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a large kitchen island bench, SMEG appliances including dishwasher, induction hob, large oven, full size fridge/freezer, espresso machine to suit all your culinary needs. The kitchen is a chefs delight setup perfectly to cook and relax with everything you need for cooking fir your friends and family.



The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed in natural light and features breath-taking 180 degree ocean views, offering a relaxing space to unwind and dining table for 8 perfect for friends and family.



Step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean breezes and panoramic views of the ocean. Take a dip in the private pool located at the front of the property with trampoline to entertain the kids or relax on the lounge chairs off the lounge overlooking the stunning 180 degree view of the ocean. We have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay whether for a few days or a longer stay.

Home Truths:

-Three bedrooms are located on level 1, with one bedroom on the ground level along with a seperate bathroom

-Dedicated laundry is located on the lower level of the property

-There is internal works at the neighbouring property during daytime hours only which is at the back of the property this is unlikely to be worked on during the Christmas break.

-Parking is a driveway space for 1 cars, the street is free and unrestricted parking

- there is a pool house which is locked and not accessible at the back of the property.



The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, the property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas perfect for what the weather brings.



We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice. There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched.

While the property does have parking, during summer you may find it difficult to park elsewhere being a very popular beach area.

The best ways to get around Curl Curl include:



Walking: Leave the car at home and walk straight to the beach in a few minutes, note it is a hill to come back up if you have little ones.



Bicycles: Renting a bike is a great way to enjoy the coastal scenery. There are bike paths along the beachfront and throughout the Northern Beaches.



Public Transport: Buses frequently run to and from Curl Curl, connecting you to the city and nearby areas. The B-Line express buses are popular options for getting into the city.



Taxi & Uber: Taxis and rideshares like Uber are readily available in the Northern Beaches area. Whether you're heading out for dinner, to the airport, or into the city, a ride is usually just a few minutes away.



Hire Car - Go Get: Can be used to hire a car by the hour or by the day with cars located within the Northern Beaches area. Parking in the street can be tricky at times being close to the beach.
