I was born and raised in Calgary. I love heading up to the mountains for a snowboard sessions, otherwise i love to hang out in the city and go for runs along the River. I grew up in the same neighborhood so i am familiar with its convenience in location to lots of breweries, pubs, fine dining restaurants and coffee shops.
Why they chose this property
Central South west Calgary is the best place to be. The apartment is 5 blocks from 17th avenue where there is tons of nightlife and restaurants. its right off the bus stop to take you deeper downtown to Steven Avenue where there is a ton of entertainment. It is also 5 blocks from Marda loop- one of my favorite communities.
What makes this property unique
Its unique in style. My partner and I flipped the property ourselves so we put a lot of love into the fine finishes.
