Immaculate and exactly as listed. You will want for nothing when you stay here. We were in town to visit family and attend a family wedding. We truly only slept here. Bed is nice. Shower is wonderful and the kitchen has a great coffee maker. We will be back.

The description is deceiving, because its basement even though it has separate entrance. The AC was so noisy at night because it was right outside the main bedroom. The second bedroom is a sofa bed which has so many crumbs, not clean and bed spread has smells. The wifi was terrible, can’t watch the World Cup at night. Also, because it was in the basement, there was cobwebs in the corner of the room and no drapes for any of the windows or entrance door.I recommend separate zone for AC & heat if, they plan on renting out & perhaps, move the AC unit somewhere else.

Hi Annie, Your daughter and your husband were there ma'm. Your husband watched all world cup games without any issues and you can check with him. Your daughter thought she will need a mattress to use instead of sofabed and second day I asked her and she told me she will sleep on Sofabed as she didn't have any issue that time.
