* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
* Key pick-up is from a 24/7 lockbox located next to the building entrance at 18 Hobson Street, on the black metal gate. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
* There is no carpark available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
* There is no luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
* Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
