Detached suite for single person/parent, couple. 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, with dresser and side table. The living room has a pull out couch and is across from the TV.

The kitchen has a full oven, range, fridge, microwave, and deep sink with spray nozzle. There are cupboards, counter space and a basic coffee machine with coffee available.

The small hallway has a stacking washer & dryer in the closet along with a broom, mop and bucket and laundry detergent.

Parking, hydro & wifi available.

Kayak and life jackets are available.

I bought this property with plans to make a wellness retreat out of it. I have no idea if it will happen but I’ve been working very hard. One day I hope a clinic can be built next to this coach house.

Right now it’s a rental and the main house rental occasionally receive guests who add on counselling, reiki and spa services for bachelorette parties.

I work as a clinical Counsellor and behaviour specialist for children. I like to help people and help families.
