This home is drenched in morning sun, perfect for sitting on the deck with your morning coffee while planning the day, or sit under the festoon lights by night and lounge around the 8-seater teak dining table enjoying a feast prepared on the Weber Family Q.
Huge double doors and an extra large sliding window allow for great ventilation with lockable security doors on each door of the property.
Style and seclusion are 2 key features of this property, located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring both privacy and relaxation, while only being less than a 10 minute walk to the Cowes main street.
Indoor Spaces.
Entering the property via an extra wide front door allows easy carrying of luggage, which brings you to Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1 features an ensuite with double vanity and large shower, with a seperate toilet, walk in robes fitted with an abundance of hanging space as well as drawers and towers, a wall mounted smart TV and chromecast finish off the bedroom along with plantation shutters.
The 2nd Living Room
Fitted with a smart TV and chromecast and hdmi cords ready for consoles, this second Living room is perfect for movies or gaming, a small selection of kids toys are also provided.
Bedroom 2, 3 and 4
Each of the rear 3 bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, with a sliding door to assist with sleep ins and noise reduction. Every room has built in robes and a chest of drawers for adequate storage.
The rear bathroom and seperate toilet are also located off the back corridor, allowing convenient access to the bedrooms.
2nd Bathroom
Equipped with a rainfall shower and a luxury oversized bath, the 2nd bathroom allows for ultimate relaxation overlooking the trees in the backyard, while also having plantation shutters for privacy.
Main Living/Dining/Kitchen
The large open plan living area is fitted with a smart TV and chromecast for any streaming or movie watching. It also flows through the walk in pantry into the laundry which also has access out onto the deck to tie everything all back together.
Outdoor spaces
The heart of this property is the undercover outdoor dining and entertaining area. This houses an extendable 8-seater teak dining table, outdoor couch and seat setting and gas burner bbq.
Surrounding the entertaining area to both the front and rear are veggie gardens which depending on time of year can produce corn, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, cos lettuce, spinach while also having a supply of fresh herbs.
There is parking for a boat on a trailer up to approximately 9 metres behind the secure gates, or a race car on a car trailer. Please be aware of the slope, so if you park the trailer, ensure the handbrake on the tow vehicle is secure.
There is also space for approximately 4 cars in front of the gates if you don't require the extra space.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, bbq utensils, serving platters, cutlery, crockery, an air fryer, microwave, lavazza pod machine with complimentary pods provided, toaster, kettle, 900mm electric oven and 5-burner gas stove, double door fridge
Heating and Aircon.
The house is fitted with 2 wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners.
The first of which is located in the master bedroom.
The second is in the rear Living/dining kitchen area.
There is also a tower heater located in the cupboard of bedroom 3.
Bedroom layouts.
This home has 4 queen beds, allowing up to 8 guests to stay for the duration of the booking.
Linen
Linen is provided throughout the house to cover the entire stay. Each queen bed is made, we provide bath mats, hand towels, tea towels.
Summer Peak Season.
As we experience a high turnover during summer whilst also providing bedding, we want to ensure our cleaning staff have adequate time to complete their tasks thoroughly. With this in mind, we have set a check-in time for 3pm and check out time of 10am during peak periods. Thanks for your understanding.
Schoolies, Functions and Parties
Please be aware that this properties is not suitable for parties, functions or Schoolies, regardless of if the booker is associated with the official schoolies program.
Furthermore, all bookings are subject to approval, pending the guest verification process. This property has local council guidelines and parameters it must follow, and compliance with the above rules are mandatory.
Guest Access.
Guests have access to the entire property minus the Garage and sheds for safety.
