There is one card provided for access at the property and there is a fine of $100 dollars is card is not found for check out

***POOL SPA HEATING***

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The guest has access to a few amenities at the Resort. The parking is on the street in front of the house. Note: This is a studio that is totally detached from the house on top of the garage. There is a separate code to access the unit. Totally separate and secluded.

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed
$150 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
