About this property
True Beachfront Home 15 Minutes From West Vancouver!
This Lions Bay (Brunswick Beach) home has been renovated in West Coast Whistler style in keeping with the surrounding nature. Since professional pictures taken, new living room furniture purchased and house and cottage painted ocean blue.
The upper floor is an open floor plan with huge living room with a gigantic powerful propane fireplace and large dining area with unobstructed ocean views from every window.
Kitchen has eating island with propane cooktop and there is an adjoining pantry with lots of additional storage.
There is a two season sunroom off living room which is not heated but on sunny winter days it is a my favourite area of house.
Guest bathroom has a cathedral ceiling with skylight, an old fashion double end claw tub and double pedestal sink with lovely views of the ocean.
Main floor Master bedroom (30 feet by 12 feet) has a King featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking Howe Sound, and an adjoining large sitting area . Guests in master enjoy an ensuite 4 piece limestone bathroom with heated floor.
There are two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms on the lower level, along with a third room/flex room which can be used as a 4th bedroom with walk out through the French doors to deck.
Guest access
Brunswick Beach is a small friendly seaside community accommodating families who like the quiet and seclusion from the City, which is a short and incredibly beautiful 30 minute scenic drive away.
Neighbours are friendly and helpful at keeping the neighbourhood quiet and safe.
Although Owner lives on property, in a separate guest house, the guests have access to the entire ocean front deck and beachfront, and all the kayaks, life jackets and paddles.
Owner has their own deck area off front of cottage which is not visible from guest deck.

PLEASE ENSURE TO TELL ME THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING ON THE PROPERTY IN ANY REQUEST TO BOOK, EVEN IF AN EXTRA GUEST IS STAYING FOR ONE OR TWO NIGHTS DURING YOUR STAY. I WILL BE ACCEPTING THE BOOKING BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR ORIGINAL REQUEST. I WILL BE ASKING FOR THE NAMES OF ALL BOOKING GUESTS AND REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. PLEASE SEE EXTRA PERSON CHARGE.
The owner (Grandmother, 15 year old boy) occupies a separate beach house on the property. We have our own beach front access and deck and the deck shown in the pictures is entirely for the guests' use. We often leave the property to give guests full access to the property for part of your stay. The Municipality does require a host to be present so we cannot completely vacate.
Kayaks and life jackets are available, complimentary for our guests.
If Tenant has electric car, the extra BC Hydro accounts will be added to rent.
