Built in the 1880s and rich with original detail, the home unfolds behind a lush border of white hydrangeas. Ornate iron lacework, arched bay windows, and authentic Victorian craftsmanship remind us of the rich architectural history of the area.

Inside, the generous layout offers plenty of space for families to spread out. The formal sitting and dining room, with marble fireplaces and large bay window create grand but inviting spaces. Toward the rear, and the modern era of the homes offers an open-plan kitchen and living area with cosy sofas that becomes the true heart of daily life. With Gaggenau appliances, ample room for cooking, and a relaxed, light-filled atmosphere, it’s ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to family movie nights.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire house across both levels. You will be met on arrival by one of our Luxury Stays team members.

- Our homes are for the enjoyment of registered guests only.
-The primary guest must be aged 28 years or over. We do not accept bookings from groups where most adult guests are under 28, with the exception of children accompanied by adults.
- Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited at this home.
- No commercial photography or filming.
- Please respect our neighbours as this is a quiet residential area, please bring any noise that may disrupt neighbours outside in by 9pm. (fines apply if reported)
- Smoking is not permitted in or around the house.
- Children must always be supervised around the pool area.
- Pets are not permitted at this home.
