Why they chose this property
Secord is a new, growing, vibrant, family-friendly and multi-ethnic neighborhood in West-Edmonton. It is a safe environment that promises much fun ahead when the Lewis Farm Rec Centre takes off under two years. A major section of a new train system is now completed to connect this community to Downtown Edmonton with West Edmonton Mall along its path.
What makes this property unique
Frednik's Place is a quiet home where you can lay your head after the busy schedule of each day that you spend while visiting Edmonton.
