The Space:

This breezy bungalow with earth-toned decor and lush gardens radiates serenity, tucked away in a quiet pocket along the Mooloolah River. Kick back in the living room to watch the latest Netflix releases whilst reclining on the chaise lounge or cosy armchair. Slide back the glass doors to invite a gentle breeze or keep cool with central air-conditioning.



Natural light flows into the dining area around the six-seater table framed by hanging plants. Get creative cooking in the spacious kitchen with a wrap-around bench, large French-door fridge and plentiful storage accented by a leafy outlook. The home is lined with manicured plants, a paved path and outdoor furniture under a retractable pergola. Gently sway in the hammock, daydream in the hanging egg chair or socialise on the lounge and cafe-style table.



Master bedroom:

Features a king-size bed with garden access, a reading chair, mirrored wardrobes and the privacy of an ensuite bathroom with a shower, double vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2:

The second bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed plus a TV.



Bedroom 3:

The final bedroom has a cosy double bed and a pull out single sofa bed for an extra guest.



Main Bathroom:

The sleek main bathroom provides the ambience to unwind with both a relaxing bath and shower and the ensuite has a generous dual vanity.



Additional conveniences include a laundry and a secure garage.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This gorgeous bungalow is perfectly situated near both nature escapes and a buzzing entertainment scene. The active outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy being surrounded by the serene Mooloolah lakes. The Parrearra Waterfront Loop is a bike and walking track following the Mooloolah River and begins an easy 14-minute walk from home. Alternatively head to Currimundi Lake, an easy 14-minute drive away to enjoy water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding. Kawana Beach boasts nine kilometres of coastline and has patrolled swimming areas for a day of fun amongst the waves, getting there is an easy 10-minute drive. Get to know the local scene and head to Kawana Waters Artisan and Farmers Markets on Saturdays and then grab a drink at Your Mates Brew Pub, all within a 10-minute drive from home.



Getting Around:

Parking: Parking is available with one free parking garage on the premises, along with free street parking available 24/7.



Airport: The property is located 30 minutes away from the Sunshine Coast airport.



Public transport: Public Transport is conveniently accessible, with a bus stop just five minutes away.
