★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbours and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

★ CLEAN AS YOU GO ★
We take care of the cleaning, but kindly leave the home generally tidy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
