It sits in Sunnynook, one of Auckland’s most convenient and family-friendly suburbs. Perfect for families, business travellers, and small groups, the home features a sunny outdoor deck, a private fenced yard, and bright open-plan living spaces designed for relaxing after a day out.



Fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.



KITCHEN

Comes with a double-door refrigerator, electrical stove, dishwasher, waste disposal, oven and microwave. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with all the essential utensils, making it easy to prepare your meals during your stay.

You'll find super comfortable beds, three queen-sized beds, plush pillows and a well-designed closet in each bedroom.

A washer and a separate dryer are located inside the house.

- The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioner, and portable fans and heaters are in the other 2 bedrooms.

Getting around is easy from this centrally located Sunnynook home. The Sunnynook Bus Station is just a short walk away, offering fast and direct trips to the city and across the North Shore via the Northern Busway. Driving is convenient too, with quick access to the motorway, plenty of local parking, and short trips to Takapuna, Albany, and nearby beaches. Shops, cafés, parks, and supermarkets are all close by and easily walkable.

Other Things to Note:

The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!

There are 2 cameras installed outside of the property. One is installed by the garage, faces the driveway. The other one is installed on the deck in the backyard faces the deck area.



Interaction with Guests:

We will send clear and detailed self-check-in instructions 2 days before the check-in date.
