Great house just as described!

House was brand new and very nice! All pictures on listing are accurate & complete. Cute furnishings and new beds; all the basic equipment in the kitchen including a new electric griddle and toaster. Very nice appliances including washer/dryer. Neighborhood felt safe although we did not get to take advantage of the walkable restaurants on this trip so we will have to come for another stay!

This was a fun house to stay in for the weekend right in fountain square and the area this was in was key for our group. The host was responsive anytime we had a question, which wasn’t often. The master bedroom and bathroom are definitely the highlight of the house along with the kitchen area. We wish the house had more comfortable and enough seating, especially in the living room area. If your group doesn’t do well with stairs, avoid as this house has 4 levels. The theater room was a lot smaller than we anticipated, so our group didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The upstairs patio was a fun area, although it lacked any lighting to enjoy when it got dark out. This house was fun and enough space for the amount of people, but I would say it only comfortably sleeps 8, not 10. For as nice as the house looked, it was disappointing to see the yard hadn’t been mowed in quite sometime, taking away from the curb appeal. All in all, I would stay here again but would be more likely with additional upgraded/comfier seating in the common areas and lighting added to the outdoor patio space and with a group of 8 rather than 10.

Nice house, great for a group. Loved the master bedroom/bath. Close to Lucas Oil stadium. I thought the street parking would be an issue for our group with multiple cars, but we had no problems. Street wasn’t super busy. Neighborhood is meh. Bring your own toiletries. My only very minor complaint is there is no full length mirror anywhere in the house. Would stay again.
