For stays longer than 30 days, we will provide free hotel style cleaning every 14 days. Any additional cleaning can be requested by getting in touch with us and we will organise it for you at a price of $150

We ask that you go through the house rules before confirming your stay with us. Please be aware that parties and events are not permitted in this apartment. Non compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damages/extra cleaning. We ask that you look after the place as much as possible, as any extra cleaning required will be charged.

Usage of Sofa bed are to be noticed prior to your stay as we will set it up for use!

Lost keys will result in a fine of $400!
