Just a five-minute drive to Coles Bay, a short walk to Sandpiper Beach, and moments from the park entrance, this exceptional home is perfectly positioned for guests seeking world-class scenery, hiking, water sports, and mountain biking, without sacrificing comfort or calm.
The Space
Designed with relaxed luxury in mind, the home centers around a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a generous deck, ideal for long lunches, sunset drinks, and soaking in the coastal outlook.
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms with king-sized beds run the length of the house, each with direct deck access and sweeping views spanning Great Oyster Bay, the Hazards Mountain Range, Cook’s Beach, and Schouten Island.

A separate one-bedroom annex with its own private deck provides flexibility for families or groups—perfect as a teenager’s retreat or a private escape from the main house.
