One of a kind! Rare and desirable 1 bedroom, 2 loft home in the private farm inspired community of Valle del Sol. 1 loft is a living room and the 2nd loft is an office and / or 2nd bedroom. Breathtaking sunsets and ocean views from the oversized large deck. Large yard for trained, well behaved dogs. Onsite restaurant and farm animals. 10-15 minute drive to swimmable beaches, groceries (including Costco). Car highly recommended, but there are other transportation options (Uber or taxi).
