The spacious driveway accommodates 5 – 6 vehicles and includes a basketball hoop for added fun. The gourmet kitchen includes a Viking oven with a 6-burner gas cooktop, two dishwashers, wine cooler, pantry, and breakfast bar seating for six, flowing into a dining area that seats 8–10 and overlooks the water.
