This home was my own residence for six years, and I truly loved living here. I originally thought this would be my forever home, but I had to relocate for work. Because of that, I decided to share the home with guests instead of leaving it empty.

I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home, because this is not just a rental — it was my home. I renovated and upgraded it with high-end materials and thoughtful features to make everyday living easy and enjoyable. I work with a trusted local co-host to ensure everything is well cared for and that guests have a smooth, pleasant stay.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, yet still very close to everything Stratford has to offer. It’s a peaceful place to relax after a day of theatre, dining, or sightseeing, and the community is well maintained and welcoming.

One of my favorite features is the playground located directly behind the backyard, which can be accessed through a private gate from the yard. This makes the home especially convenient and safe for families with children, as kids can play just steps away from the house.

The neighborhood also has calm streets that are great for walking, and you’re just a short drive from Stratford Festival theatres, downtown shops, restaurants, and the Avon River.

It offers the perfect balance of peaceful living, family convenience, and easy access to the city, which is why I enjoyed living here for so many years.
