This beautifully appointed four-bedroom home sleeps up to eight guests, with each bedroom featuring its own private ensuite — ideal for families or groups travelling together. With a fully equipped kitchen, including two dishwashers and two ovens, two generous living areas, a cosy wood fireplace for winter stays and thoughtful inclusions throughout, Bella’s Block provides a peaceful escape surrounded by rolling vines and countryside views. Off-street parking is available for up to four cars, and one well-behaved pet is welcome with prior arrangement.

Inside, the home blends warmth and functionality with ease. The main living space is fitted with split system heating and cooling, while central ducted gas heating services the downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs, split systems ensure year-round comfort, and every bedroom includes ceiling fans. The wood fire adds an inviting touch for cooler evenings, perfect for settling in with a glass of local wine after a day exploring the Peninsula. An additional powder room adds extra convenience for guests.

Please note that guests do not have access to the vineyard vines or the shed.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
