Pros:The home was beautiful, clean, well decorated, and in a great location.Cons:1.There were no washcloths. If washcloths were not going to be provided, it should have been advised in the house manual. Some properties will advise you to bring your own wash cloths because they do not provide them. This listing failed to mention that. Each bedroom was only given towels and hand towels.2. The communication with the owner was very poor with very slow response times. We had a time-sensitive maintenance issue and it took 5 hours to receive a response from the rental owner(company). The dryer was not working because it was stuck in the off setting and all of our towels/hand towels were wet with no way to dry them. When I finally received a call from the rental staff, I was informed that the dryer would be fixed AFTER we checked out and I asked would we be ok with that. The employee clearly did not confirm the dates of our stay before calling and providing that information. I requested that a reasonable accommodation be made with additional towels delivered to the home for the inconvenience. I was told that the request was put in the system, but the towels were never delivered. No one ever showed up. We ended up purchasing washcloths from the store and using the pool towels to dry off with.It was really sad that such a great home, had subpar property management. I would’ve loved to rent the home again but the experience with the property owner, has altered that decision.
