The Space



This up-scale lounge area features a large comfy L-shaped sofa, an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table, where you’ll enjoy watching your favorite show on the large screen TV in the lounge area, apart from that, you can enjoy an amazing Burj Khalifa and dancing fountain views with a cozy outdoor seating area on your own private balcony so you’ll enjoy watching the show every night while feeling comfortable at home.



The elegant dining area, situated next to the semi-American style kitchen, features a table and chairs for 6 people, where you’ll devour your home cooked meals and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom



The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with premium bedding and memory-foam mattress for a sleep-filled night, two bed-side tables and lampshades. You’ll also have access to a built-in wardrobe.



An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins.



The second and third bedrooms with an equally elegant style, each features a queen-sized bed with premium bedding.



The second bathroom features a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.





Guest Access



Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a shared Gym and a Shared Swimming pool.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.





Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay.

Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

Getting Around

Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style, and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
