ABOUT OUR HOME: Our family of five resides upstairs, with our younger children attending school and our adult children and grandchildren visiting on weekends. While we strive to keep noise to a minimum on our level, please be aware that this is a family home, and at times, sounds from above may be heard in the basement. We warmly welcome you and your family and look forward to hosting your stay!

Our spacious and beautifully furnished basement suite includes its own private entrance, a cozy living room with a 65-inch TV, Amazon Fire Stick, complimentary Netflix, and high-speed WiFi. The suite also features two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee machine with pods and a kettle.
Free street parking is available. A spot is typically open right in front of our yard. If it's taken, feel free to park anywhere on the street. Parking on our driveway is not permitted.
For your convenience, we have a laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry pods, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.
We provide towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea—just bring your bags and enjoy your stay!
GUEST ACCESS: The private guest entrance to the basement suite is located on the left-hand side of our home. Ample free street parking is available nearby. Look for our back door marked with the number '269'. Upon entering, proceed down to access the suite.
Please note that we have surveillance cameras at the property entrance to monitor guest traffic.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Our household adheres to a smoke-free and alcohol-free policy. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises. We expect guests to respect our policy.
