- The fireplace in the main house is decorative and not available for guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 external security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the guest house facing outward. Camera 2 is located on the lakeside of the main house facing the water. Camera 3 is located on the driveway facing the parking area. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces; they record video and audio when motion is detected
- This property is located in the East Texas countryside with no HOA, so the surrounding properties vary in appearance; however, the neighbors are kind.
