6 ft. private fenced yard w/off street parking.
King Bed, full kitchen & bath.
Near I-40, restaurants, Rt. 66, Easy access to Palo Duro Canyon, downtown & medical district.
⭐️Please read prior to booking.
Disclose correct # of guests & animals at booking or when requested.
We are unable to accommodate guests under 12.
No cats or exotic animals
🟢Pet fee- $30.00 per dog/per night due at booking or upon request.
This includes ESA (emotional support animals) ESA’s are not ADA protected.
✳️Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and we respectfully ask that dogs not be allowed on bedding or furniture. This helps us maintain furnishings & avoid damages.

Any evidence of pet hair, or damages on furnishings or bedding will result in an additional cleaning fee + cost of any damages.

-Guest responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste.

This was an amazing place to stay.It had everything I needed for visiting my family and friends in the area.It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and safe and quiet. It was very clean and the king bed was so comfortable!The pictures are exactly what it looks like.I will be returning and staying here with my husband next time.It’s perfect for one and probably better for a couple.Definitely a five star place.

Our host was great . She sent pictures of house with entry which helped a lot when you are coming in at night. She made sure lights and heat were on so we did not have to worry about getting in and getting warmed up. The house is so cute very clean has everything you would need .

This place is a dream come true for us, traveling with dogs, the property is close to the interstate. It’s in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants/stores nearby. The yard is beautifully fenced and the king size bed is very comfortable! Many small touches that puts this place way above par inside and out!

Carol was a delightful host & our stay was grand. Our K9 was completely relaxed, & had room to roam in a secure yard without worry. A super plus, the heated toilet seat in the bathroom, sure did make it more comfortable on those chilly nights. May try to stay again when passing through Amarillo again.

This reservation came with challenges. The guest requested to cancel last minute, then decided to proceed w/the stay. We did our best to accommodate their changing plans, though it did create difficulties. We were available to promptly answer all questions & needs of guest.
