Electric Beach Home.

Have fun at this electric beach home. The indoor outdoor flow and unique spaces will cater to all. From the relaxing fireplace room to the pool table, skatepark, trampoline and outdoor dinning bbq table will make for a memorable stay.
The beach access is right over the road, within a small stroll you are on the famous Waihi Beach. Go surfing or walk a further 5 min across to the harbour side for a swim. Come home and rinse off in the hot outside shower room .

This house consists of four bedrooms . Two bathrooms and three outdoor spaces to hang in plus an open plan lounge and kitchen area. There is also an outside shower room with a few extra sports gear to have fun with.

Beautiful scenic Bowen Town. Stroll to the surf beach or swim in the clam harbour. Both a 5min walk. We have a couple parks, tennis court and a restaurant and cafe. Jump in your car be in our cute village within 5 min.

You can park in the driveway and on the grass verge. It’s easy biking around Bowen town area. Walk to the beach right over the road using the dune access.

Please note this is a creative home with lots of interesting pieces to enjoy, it’s not a hotel vibe it’s a relaxed space perfect for chilling and entertaining indoor and outdoor.

If the outside fire is used it must not be left unattended. Care must be taken with all our art and personal affects. The pool table must only be used by adults. Any damage must be reported and discussed with me.
