1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.
2. NO Parties or unauthorized Events : We do not allow parties or large gatherings without prior approval. Pre-approved events are subject to an Event Fee of $300 to cover additional cleaning and wear on the home.
3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.
4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.
5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. PETS: We welcome ONE pet under certain conditions and one time pet fee of $150. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.
7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.
8. No inappropriate outdoor behavior: Public urination, indecent exposure, or any behavior violating city bylaws will result in immediate removal and/or additional cleaning charges $500.
