Our Bahamas Paradise is a fully equipped studio apartment and the ultimate vacation condo. The unit is fully equipped for short or long term stays. Located on a property with a private waterfront, overlooking a pool and scenic canal, this studio is the perfect peaceful getaway, with access to a beautiful white sand beach a short 5-minute walk away. Enjoy incredible views and sunsets from the second-floor private balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and Bell Channel Bay. The condo is located a short drive from cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and straw market in Port Lucaya, and is just a five-minute walk to an open air restaurant located right on the beach. Our condo is located in a small two story building on a safe, private, gated property. It includes one free parking spot, coin operated laundry facilities and a beautiful 40-foot pool. We offer a bright, clean, comfortable space to relax and renew. The condo is well appointed for both short and long stays. The kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. There is a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner countertop stove, and a new over-the-range microwave. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or an intimate dinner. The queen-sized bed has a new pillowtop mattress for your comfort.
Wifi is included. The new 43” Smart TV allows you to continue watching Netflix/Prime/YouTube from your own account, or connect to the TV from your own device via HDMI or WiFi.

My wife, Lori, and I are retired professionals. We love Grand Bahama Island. It is truly a hidden Gem. The weather is fabulous; the white sand beaches are spectacular. This place is our haven away from the Canadian winter.

Why they chose this property

The property lies at the end of a road so there is no through traffic making for a quiet environment. The building is small and gated with only 2 stories and 24 units. Beautiful Taino Beach is a 3 minute walk away.

What makes this property unique

The front of the condo faces west providing a magnificent view of the sunset over Bell Channel Bay from our private balcony. This waterfront location is on private gated property with a 40' swimming pool in front. Impressive yachts can be seen passing right out front from time to time.
